Work / index/v2026.04/3 engagements

Selected work. Real systems.
Quietly shipped.

A small, deliberate body of work. Each engagement is led by the founders, documented end-to-end, and handed back to a team that can own it.

Dr. Socials Creative · Marketing & Branding

Brand-first website for a creative agency

From a box of assets to a site that sells.

ReactTypeScriptTailwindFramer MotionVercel

// challenge

Dr. Socials Creative had a sharp visual identity — a defined logo, color palette, typography system, and a library of original photography — but no web presence to show for it. For a firm whose product is creativity and taste, showing up as a blank search result was costing them client conversations before they even started.

// approach

We worked directly from their brand system, building every component from scratch — no templates, no drag-and-drop. Typography, spacing, and motion were derived from their existing assets so the site felt like a natural extension of their identity. Each page was structured around the specific story it needed to tell: who they are, what they do, and why clients stay.

// outcome

Dr. Socials launched with a Lighthouse score of 97, a site that loads fast on every device, and a presence that holds its own against agencies with decade-long portfolios. The founders now send the URL instead of a PDF deck.

"We handed over a folder of assets and got back a site that actually looks like us. Every page feels intentional — nothing generic, nothing off-brand."

Ops automation across Stripe, Notion & Slack

Stop paying humans to copy-paste between tabs.

n8nSupabaseStripeNotionSlackAnthropic

// challenge

Twelve people were maintaining a manual handoff between billing, project tracking, and client comms. Errors compounded, reporting was a Friday-night ritual, and the founders couldn't see the business clearly.

// approach

We mapped fourteen manual steps, replaced the brittle ones with a small set of typed workflows, and added a thin internal dashboard so the team could see status without asking.

// outcome

Roughly nine hours a week returned to the team, the founders got a real-time view of revenue and projects, and onboarding a new ops hire dropped from weeks to days.

"Drop a punchy operator quote here. Bonus points if it names the workflow that used to cost them their Fridays."

Claude enablement program for a mid-size team

From 'we use ChatGPT sometimes' to confident in-house operators.

ClaudeMCPAgentsRAGInternal docs

// challenge

Leadership wanted real AI fluency across the team, not another deck. Existing usage was inconsistent, prompts lived in DMs, and nobody trusted the outputs enough to ship them into client work.

// approach

A four-week cohort: prompting fundamentals, building a first agent, integrating Claude into existing workflows, and a custom playbook tailored to the company's tone and data.

// outcome

Self-reported confidence with Claude jumped meaningfully across roles, two production workflows now route through internal agents, and the team owns a living playbook they keep extending.

"Add a leader's quote about what changed culturally — not just what shipped. Best quotes name a person on the team who surprised everyone."
